The AHVA Library Gallery
Faculty exhibition - September 2009
The AHVA Library Gallery is located in room 112 on the bottom floor of the Koerner Library, 1958 Main Mall and has been open since November 2008.
This is a contemporary and designed space that serves the needs of the Visual Art, Art History and Curatorial Studies programs of the Department of Art History, Visual Art and Theory. The gallery provides a showcase for the work of student and faculty artists. It provides a site for artistic and curatorial collaborations from within the department. The gallery allows for student interaction with the larger University community on issues relating to art, culture and creative research. Each year selected BFA students exhibit their final projects in the gallery during the BFA exhibition curated by the VISA faculty and students.
Gallery hours during exhibitions are noon to 5pm, Wednesday through Saturday. For more information call (604) 822-4563 or visit our website.
